Granted. One should not be implementing ad hoc solutions without some guiding principle or overall framework. But at the expense of improved productivity, lower cost, lost reputation and customers?

Hence, the beginning of a potentially life-long journey to better enterprise’s business model started. We’re convinced through deliberate planning and specific attention to interfaces and change management, organization could and should adopt short and mid-term solutions while awaiting for the long-terms solution to bear fruit.

Our combined pool of project management experience and technical skills with the government and MNC provided many insights onto what ought and ought not to be done in project management.

The relationship with the customer is a very complex one. On one hand they’re your pulse string, on the other hand they could be your worst nightmare. At least we’re pretty clear on one aspect, always customer first.

Hoe Kok Wei

Upon graduation, Kok Wei initial years were as a communications officer with the Singapore Armed Forces.

That relationship ended in 2000, after spending 6 years in different capacity including managing proliferation of both strategic and tactical C4 systems to the organization.

An optimist, he always believes that there’s a better side of things.

Priscilla Loo

Priscilla graduated with an IT degree from Monash and started her career developing enterprise resource system in Ang Mo Kio Hospital.

Fascinated with how the sum of things could contribute, Priscilla subsequently progress along the system development. She has since participated with a wide array of enterprise system development, most recently with integrating ASRS-based warehouse management system.
